Therapy (LSWAIC)
Hi, welcome to my therapy page! I’m not currently accepting new clients, but I’m happy to share resources or connect you with other therapists who can support you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like guidance.
Life transitions— whether related to identity, relationships, or the world around you— can bring a multitude of emotions. It is okay to feel overwhelmed and stuck. As a relational, strengths-based therapist, my goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where you can embrace the unknown as a place for deep exploration, risk, and discovery. My style is warm and collaborative, meeting you where you as you navigate change. Our past experiences shape us, and together, we will work to understand and shift the patterns that impact the way we relate to ourselves and others.
I draw on a mix of evidence and non-evidence-based interventions. This includes dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), social-emotional therapy, exposure therapy, narrative therapy, and play therapy as well as art, nature-based, and somatic practices. Through curiosity and creativity, I help clients connect with all parts of themselves, often leading to more self-awareness and self-compassion.
My practice is guided by a trauma-informed and liberatory lens. I support clients in exploring how systems and institutions can contribute to feelings of powerlessness or disconnection, while focusing on opportunities for transformation and growth.
